Your team is made of teammates. Each one has a role, rules, memory, skills, connectors, and the agent it runs on.
Pick the agent per teammate
Open a teammate and choose Runs on, or tell the manager ("put the SRE on Sonnet 5.5"). Every agent gets the same tools, keys and connectors, and you can switch any time.

Pick the model and effort too (from low up to max, where the model offers it). Claude Code adds fast mode, a fallback model, an advisor model and a dollar cap per run. A teammate whose key isn't in Keys asks for it before it starts.
The manager watches what each teammate costs and how its runs end, and suggests a better fit on a card you Apply. It changes a model only when you ask.
Hire a teammate
Ask the manager: "I need someone for marketing, running on Gemini." Starter roles include Engineer, SRE, Security, Executive Assistant, Marketing, Legal and Health. A teammate whose work recurs (a daily error check, a weekly report) starts with its schedule.
Talk to one directly
Open a teammate and message it. It interrupts what it's doing to answer. Everything it does stays in its Activity, and its reports land in Library.
